An ongoing commitment
We are working to make the site clear, keyboard-friendly, readable, and compatible with common assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome feedback when something makes the experience harder to use.
01Our accessibility commitment
DOH Enterprise LLC is committed to improving access to its website and online property services for people with disabilities.
Our goal is to provide a clear, respectful, and usable experience for visitors with different visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, speech, and neurological needs.
Our accessibility work focuses on:
- Clear page structure and meaningful headings
- Readable text and sufficient color contrast
- Keyboard-friendly navigation
- Visible focus indicators
- Descriptive links, controls, and form labels
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow
- Compatibility with common assistive technologies
- Plain-language instructions and error messages
02Standards guiding our work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for identifying and reducing accessibility barriers.
WCAG organizes accessibility around four principles. Digital content should be:
- Perceivable
- Operable
- Understandable
- Robust
Using WCAG as a guide does not mean that every page, feature, document, or third-party tool has been independently audited or certified as fully conforming.
03Keyboard navigation and focus
We work to make important website features usable without requiring a mouse. Our goals include:
- A logical keyboard focus order
- Visible focus indicators
- Keyboard access to links, buttons, menus, and forms
- No intentional keyboard traps
- Descriptive page titles and headings
- Clear link and button wording
- Consistent navigation patterns
If a control cannot be reached or operated with a keyboard, please report the page and the control so we can investigate.
04Screen readers and assistive technology
We aim to use semantic HTML, meaningful headings, descriptive alternative text, labeled form fields, and status messages that support common screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Accessibility can vary by browser, device, operating system, screen reader, browser extension, and individual settings. We welcome details about the technology being used when a problem is reported, but providing that information is optional.
05Content, visual design, and media
We work to make content easier to read, understand, and navigate. Our improvement goals include:
- Readable color contrast
- Text that can be enlarged without losing important information
- Responsive layouts that reflow on smaller screens
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Captions or transcripts for prerecorded media when needed
- Instructions that do not rely only on color, shape, or position
- Clear headings, lists, and short sections
- Reduced unnecessary motion and support for motion preferences where practical
Decorative elements should not be required to understand a property request, available service, or next step.
06Forms and property requests
Our online forms are intended to provide clear labels, instructions, keyboard access, understandable validation messages, and confirmation when information is submitted.
When improving forms, we consider:
- Labels that identify the information requested
- Instructions placed near the relevant field
- Errors described in text rather than color alone
- Keyboard access to every required control
- Clear required-field indicators
- Review or confirmation of important submissions
- Reasonable time to read and complete the form
If you cannot complete an online form, you may contact us by phone or email and request another reasonable way to provide the necessary information.
Please do not send passwords, full bank-account credentials, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or website forms.
07Third-party content and technical limitations
Some website functions may rely on third-party tools, plugins, maps, videos, scheduling services, analytics platforms, social media, or documents that DOH Enterprise LLC does not fully control.
We encourage vendors to provide accessible experiences and will consider reasonable alternatives when a third-party feature creates a barrier.
Temporary issues may also result from maintenance, software updates, device settings, browser extensions, or compatibility differences.
08Accessibility feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, cannot access content, or need help completing a website task, please contact DOH Enterprise LLC.
When possible, include:
- The page address or name
- A brief description of the problem
- The action you were trying to complete
- Your preferred contact method
- The browser, device, or assistive technology involved, if you choose to share it
We will make a reasonable effort to understand the issue, provide available information in another format or through another method when appropriate, and use the feedback to guide future improvements.
09Ongoing improvements and statement updates
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We may review the website as content, technology, forms, and services change and prioritize improvements based on impact, feasibility, and user feedback.
This statement may be updated to reflect changes to the website, accessibility practices, contact details, or available support. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Reporting a barrier does not guarantee that every issue can be corrected immediately, but it helps us understand where the experience can be improved.
Accessibility feedback
Tell us what was difficult to access and what would help. We will use that feedback to improve the site and identify a reasonable next step.
